Lower default volume of notification sound

we have now ability to switch the sounds off :D
and Lukas T is fixing the sounds in general right now, so they are not THAT annoying
we have a ticket for this, no need a suggestion , it is not a feature we dont have, it is a bug we are fixing https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/issues/8426
