Support for Pinning user chats

Motivation: A user often as important chats that he/she wants to always be on top or easily accessible, but these often get pushed down when there is a lot of other 1 on 1 or group chats.

feature request:
- support for pinned chats. A user can right click on a chat and pin it, the chat will then appear on a section on the top, always visible.
